The Bistro isn't a concept we're trying to sell you — it's a space we built because Dearborn didn't have one. We wanted a place that works equally well at 7 a.m. for your morning pour-over and at 9 p.m. when the lighting drops and the cocktail list takes over.
Located on Mercury Drive, we draw from the energy of Dearborn's diverse neighborhoods and the steady rhythm of a city that takes pride in what it does.
